And I am still doing stopwatch eating and it is still working for me, but it does kind of make me a weirdo. It's not natural to eat in such a strange way. I need a watch that rings one minute after I touch it so that I can keep my eyes up and participate in the social activities. Stopwatch eating is okay if I am eating alone, but not for social eating. My waist is good though. I look like I have lost a lot more than I have. I've lost one pound in two weeks, but I've lost one inch. And that's a lot.
