Now I'm 212 pounds. I would like to lose 12 pounds or a couple of inches. I think I was gaining weight because I was eating chia seeds. They are very fattening. I think it's important to keep things in perspective. I was 219 pounds last October and have spent months eating way too fast and getting nowhere. Now, I am slowing down and my life is a little bit better. Eating more slowly has amazed me because I am eating way less and I am less hungry. And that is amazing!
