I lost another half a pound today. In the past four days, I have lost two and a half pounds which might not sound like very much, but this is after nine months of trying to lose weight and only shedding seven pounds. So my weight loss is certainly picking up speed. All I do is chew my food well before swallowing it. And then I wait one minute before I take another bite. I use a stopwatch feature on my phone. I don't eat crap, but I don't avoid anything except sugary foods. By the way, I don't suffer any hunger pangs in between meals the way that I did when I was bolting my food. I am sleeping way better and my energy and mood are better. Like I said, I didn't invent any of this: my friends and family have been trying to tell me this for years only I was too stupid to listen.
