This is not something that I invented, of course, but it happens to work. I do something that is different. I wait a minute after I have finished chewing before I take another bite. That way, my meal takes longer and I have more of a chance to get full. It takes about twenty minutes for the body to get full. My meals take forever now. I used to spend a lot of time eating, but that's because all of the food that I was stuffing into my mouth was not being properly digested. Once I began to eat more slowly, I got full with a lot less. I lost a pound and a half today. Try it.
